Ordering - Wedding Stationery

Once you've chosen your range send your wording to us along with your font choice, card colour and any other options (such as ribbon style and colour).  We then typeset your order and send you electronic proofs for your approval.  Work on your cannot be started until approval is received even if payment hs  been made - it is important that you check every single detail on your proofs as we cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions after approval is received. 

 

Once you are happy to proceed we will prepare an invoice which can either be paid through PayPal (you don't need an account with them for this, you can just use a credit/debit card) or by bank transfer or cheque.  Work will commence on your order once payment has been received.

Timing
Full orders of wedding stationery take approximately 2-3 weeks to make, but obviously this depends on the size of the order and current workload.  We can often make things more quickly; it depends on other orders in the queue and whether we have all the raw materials in stock.  If you are in a particular hurry, just let us know and we'll see what we can do to accommodate!

 

When you place an order an estimation of time to completion will be given.

 

Delivery
All items are securely wrapped and packaged and sent Royal Mail 1st Class  or ParcelForce depending upon weight.

 

If you would prefer your order to be sent Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery this is available at an extra £1 or £5 per order.
